Submitting your club’s points isn’t just paperwork—it’s how we celebrate everything your Pathfinders have done throughout the year. Every event, honor, and outreach effort adds up to a story worth sharing. By turning in your points, you help highlight your club’s hard work and give them the chance to be recognized as a first-place club. It’s not about competition—it’s about encouragement, recognition, and showing our Pathfinders that their efforts truly matter.

Club of the Year/ Honor Club Point Tabulation

  • 20 Points – If You Request / Reactivate Your Account in YMMS, by end of day, September 1, get full points. (This means that all your members are in the system)

  • 5 Points - If a Club Misses the Deadline, but still Registers / Requests an Account in YMMS by October
    1, get partial points.

Calendar- Entered Calendar information by October 1 in YMMS, Events that appear in YMMS Calendar by end of day October 1, receive points
